A well-established global client of mine in San Francisco, CA is urgently seeking a Sr. Salesforce.com Business Analyst to assist in ongoing projects. This client has been voted in the top 10 places to work in California by its own employees, and offers a fun cultural environment.

What you will be doing:
*Gather requirements from both internal and external subject matter experts.
*Identifyrequirement traceability Matrix and work with QA team in documenting System test scripts.
*Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal staff.
*Provide monthly feedback to the executive team on product roadmap and updates to customer facing documentation.
*Assist in problem and issue resolution with project, product manager and report progress on initiatives in a summarized written format.
*Acting as a Liaison between IT & business by managing relationship
*Configuration of objects, creating workflows, documentation, and validation use

Requirements:
*At least 3+ years of Salesforce.com experience
*Candidates must have experience working multiple areas of the Salesforce.com,
*Strong verbal and written communication skills, with proven technical writing abilities.
*Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
*Experience with Salesforce.com is a MUST have.
*Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
*Ability to multitask in an ever changing fast paced environment
*Strong stakeholder management skills
*Excellent understanding of Salesforce.com functionality
*Proven background in SFDC Business Analyst or Sr. Administrator
