Leading innovation-driven Pharmaceutical Company requires a contract Salesforce.com Administrator/Coordinator or their Western Suburbs Sydney office for the next 10 months.

As the Salesforce.com Administrator/Coordinator you will be responsible for the stewardship of their Global Sales CRM tool. 

ON A DAILY BASIS YOUR ROLE WILL INVOLVE:

- Being responsible for the identification, project management and delivery of Salesforce projects across the business.
- Responsible for entering data elements (eg LOVs, Objectives, Targets, User Access) needed to support system functions and providing adhoc data reports.  
- Responding to Tier 2 level application function questions from business users across regions.
- Salesforce User Administration
- Manage User profiles

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE TO YOU WILL HAVE:

- Tertiary qualifications is preferable however not mandatory. 
- A health or pharmaceutical background - Highly Desirable
- Experience with Salesforce.com or Veeva applications is essential
- An outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical and attentive to detail.
