Salesforce Technical Project Manager/Switzerland/ASAP

SALESFORCE TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER/BASEL, SWITZERLAND/+6 MONTHS/ASAP

Salesforce Technical Project manager required for our end-client in Basel, Switzerland for at least 6 months, starting ASAP.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Understands the business context of a project and aligns technical teams to achieve overall project success
- Accountable for IS delivery of the project: design and impact assessment, cross-project schedule alignment, technical risk and issue management
- Acts as the systems owner and focal IS contact within a project - Single point of contact inside IS organization
- Guarantees the involvement of all relevant IS bodies, as per project management best-practices and BCM adherence
- Ensures post go live support
- Accountable for technical documentation in place(eg solution design, GoLive reviews)
- Proactively drives IS/Business stakeholder management and provides project visibility and proper reporting inside IS organization
- Ensures smooth transition to steady-state teams

MUST HAVES:

- Experience with managing projects with SALESFORCE.COM
- Experience with Identity and Access Management
- Good understanding of technology/systems architecture and cost implications
- Application development life cycle
- IT change and transformation experience
- Deep understanding of project management methodologies, preferably PMI (PMP certified)
- Good understanding of project business cases and related business processes
- In-depth and end-to-end understanding of business impact and dependencies between services
