Salesforce Technical Consultant/Developer

A pioneer in E-commerce and one of the best known Ecommerce brand in the world. They are currently building the largest Ecommerce platform in Europe.

THE BRIEF:

We are looking for a team of Salesforce.com Developers who will have a focus on building the next generation of Salesforce platforms. You will play a key role as subject matter expert and technical consultant for salesforce.com and be involved in planning, implementation and production support. The ideal candidate will have experience of supporting, designing and developing salesforce.com solutions.

TASKS:

- Provide functional and technical insight with respect to salesforce.com, and provide expertise on integrating with other systems/platforms.
- Work in an interactive Agile development team.
- Work with your international counterparts across the worldwide Group.
- Build strong relationships with business functions to understand business challenges and collaborate on possible solutions.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

We expect you to have excellent working knowledge of:

- Salesforce development - both Apex and Visualforce
- In possession of a DEV401 certificate, DEV501 would be a bonus.
- Creating and executing test plans
- Building great custom applications;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and experience of applying these skills to resolve business and product questions, product design and technical issues;
- Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate complex design and technical issues, as well as business and product requirements;

A big plus would be:

- Experience of E-commerce
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of alternative technology stacks and programming languages
