SALESFORCE PROJECT MANAGER, SWITZERLAND, CONTRACT, £EXCELLENT DAY
One of our prestigious clients is currently looking to add an experienced Salesforce Project manager to one of their sites based in Basel, Switzerland.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as associated project manager and support Complaint Handling project lead,including support in coordinating and tracking activities with regards to technical integration, data governance and system governance.
- Support project lead in coordination and tracking of activities including status reporting,reporting and managing risks, issues and dependencies and creating project documentations
- Liaise with other projects to solve open issues, follow up on cross-project activities and align timelines and manage cross-project dependencies.
- Manage functional integration between Complaint Handling and CRM projects through the entire project life cycle. Both projects run on the same instance of Salesforce.com
- Support set-up technical standards for aligned Salesforce.com system deployment between above projects.
- Act as liaison between Complaint Handling and A&S Program PMO.
EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of project management experience in a major, global organization
- Broad and strong experience in system implementations, Salesforce.com experience is a benefit
- Solid understanding of Complaint Handling and CRM processes
- Experience and knowledge of system integration is preferred
- IT/solution architecture and business process design skills
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is assessed as a plus
- Responsible and reliable
- Strong communication skills
- International mindset with clear goal orientation
- Strategic mindset and able to lead change
- PROFOUND KNOWLEDGE OF SALESFORCE SOLUTION IN COMBINATION WITH 123 COMPLIANCE APP
