Experis IT Switzerland is currently on the search for a Salesforce business analyst/project manager to join one of their clients, an NGO, based in Geneva.

ROLE SUMMARY:

The role of the Senior Business Analyst/Project manager is a department facing function for Clients Information Technology, acting as the Businesses' strategic advisor and partner in the development and alignment of the IT strategy, architecture and IT product life cycle with the Business needs and goals.

The person in this role will bring extensive expertise in vendor management, IT procurement, enterprise architecture, change management, PMI project methodology security and knowledge of trends in the technology marketplace.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

As the Senior Business Analyst/Project manager s/he will:

- Acts as team leader planning and managing for the project(s).
- Act as a single contact point to IT for Business and coordinate projects over their full life cycle (scope definition, analysis, design, implementation, release), both with internal and external stakeholders;
- Analyse and formalize business requirements, develop business case, shape project/program proposals with business;
- Translate business needs and requirements into functional specifications for systems/applications and capacity demands;
- Identify dependencies and coordinate issue resolution, business risk mitigation;
- Coordinate projects with architecture and infrastructure teams;

TO DELIVER THE REQUIRED RESULTS, IT'S ESSENTIAL THAT YOU HAVE:

- Advanced University Degree in information systems management, computer, engineering or a related field or equivalent professional training or work experience.
- Accreditation in a recognized project management methodology such as PMI
- 10 or more years of experience in IT project business analysis including several years managing and successfully delivering Salesforce based solutions;
- Extensive experience with successful vendor management, including cloud solutions.
- Experience in partnering with business for implementation of IT projects;
- Experience establishing operations and support procedures, organizing deployment and roll-out;
- IT systems design experience (functional specifications, logical data models, and user interface design and use cases and testing);
- Strong experience in Stakeholder Management, Risk Management, budget control, and status presentation/reporting.
- Fluent in English, working knowledge of French
