Salesforce Test Analyst, QA Test Analyst, Lyon.

The candidate will need to have:

High level fluency in both French and English

Excellent knowledge of Salesforce (or a similar CRM eg Siebel CRM or Microsoft Dynamics CRM)

Strong background in testing methodologies and experience of the full testing life cycle

Integration of Salesforce (or a similar CRM with other systems

Co-ordination of User Acceptance testing

Write and execute test scripts

Defect logging, experience of a fault/defect logging application - HP ALM/Quality Centre or similar

SQL: Oracle preferred. SOQL for Salesforce preferred

Identify and document data required for testing

Good understanding of interface testing processes and procedures

Experience assisting with defect resolution working with development team and 3rd parties to isolate and resolve defects

Ability to meet aggressive deadlines and working flexibly in a fast moving/pressurised environment
