Salesforce Senior Manager - 6 months - Belgium - Consultancy

*A master in IT (management) or IT technology-related programmes or a master in informatics, civil or business engineering, mathematics, (applied) economics or business studies.
*6 to 9 years of experience in one or more of the following topics:
-Public, private, and hybrid cloud services
-Planning, development, migration and integration of applications and services from on-premises infrastructure to Salesforce
-Service-Oriented Architecture and IT budgeting
-Processes that ensure the effective and efficient use of Cloud computing
-Translating business requirements to software applications

*Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator Certification
*Extensive experience in CRM
*The ability to express yourself fluently in Dutch and/or French and English
*The ability to build strong client relationships
*Excellent project management and time management skills under tight deadlines
*The ability to work independently and as part of a team, as well as to lead teams
*Strong verbal communication skills
*Strong interpersonal skills
*Project management certification is a plus (eg Prince II, PMI, Agile/Scrum etc.)
*Experience with coaching more junior team members

Moreover, you have an interest and technical expertise in several of the following:
*Salesforce.com Sales and/or Service Cloud Consultant Certification
*Apex, Visualforce
*Experience with Legacy tools such as Siebel or MS Dynamics
