SALESFORCE FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT

This is a great opportunity where you will be working for an international E-commerce company which is expanding worldwide. You will be involved in speaking to the business, gathering requirement and implementing new configuration.

- Deliver Salesforce implementation: working closely with the EMEA Institutional business stakeholders to capture, discuss and design Salesforce;
- Provide Salesforce.com expertise for implementation for Institutional requirements including facilitating user testing for business sign off
- Carry out Salesforce.com configuration, including analysis and design of new requirements, Front End changes, training and roll-out to Institutional business users and departments
- Support the continuous development of the Salesforce system Institutional, to ensure it keeps in step with the evolving business needs including
- management of defect resolution, maintenance of the security model, supporting and training users, developing new reports/MI, liaison with IT teams and monitoring data storage, managing the Marketing automation tool

As the ideal candidate you will have experience with:

- Proven analytical capability and producing insightful reporting from CRM system
- Proven experience of Salesforce administration & configuration.
- Proven experience of working with business stakeholders.
- Proven experience of requirements gathering, analysis, design, testing and end-user training.
- A good technical understanding and interest will be required, eg Excel formula/pivot tables, Salesforce admin tools and data loader.
- An understanding of the principles of good database design.
