Salesforce Developer - Apex, Leeds - £450 - £500 per day

A SalesForce.com Developer is being sought by a leading SFDC Consultancy and System Integrator to be based in Leeds with an initial 8 month contract available.

This represents a challenging and varied project paying £400 per day.

We are looking for experienced Salesforce Developers with strong Apex, triggers and Visualforce.

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Awareness of Salesforce Governor limits
- Apex development
- Triggers
- Classes
- Batch Apex
- Hands on experience Integrating Salesforce
- REST

GENERIC DEVELOPMENT SKILLS REQUIRED:

Proven track record of building and integrating in Salesforce environments

Proven track record of using Salesforce in complex integrated environments

Ability to understand specifications for coding and clarify unclear areas before development work starts

Ability to write clear Detailed Design Specifications to meet Requirements and High Level Designs

Ability to clearly communicate designs and decisions to colleagues and clients

Ability to work quickly without constant reference to Team Leaders

Ability to develop and Unit test code effectively

Good understanding of coding standards and their application

Ability to set up tests and data that effectively System Test code prior to deployment into System Integration Testing

Ability to debug code during development and all test cycles

Able to pro-actively support formal test cycles and work with Integrating partners to resolve issues

Able to work overtime as required to support both development and testing deadlines

Good understanding of configuration and release management processes
