My client is urgently seeking a Salesforce Developer for a critical project in Belgium

Description

We need a Salesforce developer to work with one of other other consultants in a critical project.

English speaking only is OK.

* Work with SalesForce Team to define scope of development efforts and decide on the best approach
* Design, develop, test, document, and deploy high quality business solutions on the Force.com platform.
* Communicate with other Engie resources and with clients regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.
* Analyse and review business, functional, and technical requirements
* Provide support for quality assurance testing and defect resolution
* May be required to be on call to provide support on a need-to basis

Technical

* Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, preferably with an emphasis on Sales, CustomerService, and/or Marketing issues.
* 2+ years Force.com development experience, with a strong focus on Apex and Visualforce development.
* 3+ years Java or C# development experience, and 3+ years web application development experience, including solid experience with Java or C#, as well as HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
* Knowledge of MVC design pattern
* Solid knowledge of SOQL.
* Strong oral and written communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* In-depth experience with jQuery.
* Experience with Agile development practices a plus, including Continuous Integration
* Experience with Full Life Cycle development in an enterprise development environment

Business context At Engie M&S IS BELUX, the Salesforce.com Developer is responsible for designing, implementing, IT testing, and deploying solutions for our clients, using Apex and Visualforce, and often leveraging HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and other technologies.
Quality is key, as is an ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into a technical reality that is extendable and maintainable.

So the profile we are trying to fill is a developer who will be assisting me with the overhaul of the clinet Salesforce environment. Personally I would be looking for someone with at least 2 years of programmatic Salesforce experience. Salesforce developer cert means nothing to me as that requires no programming and is easy to acquire.

Some of the tasks that we will be addressing include automation of deployment processes, testing automation, code analysis tooling, test framework implementation, introduction of design patterns in existing code. Some of these are fancier terms than other work that may be involved, but it is a person with experience in the above practices that I ideally am looking for.

Here are a few areas or skill/experience that would be of benefit to us:
* Very good Apex skills
* Continuous Integration (Jenkins, Bamboo etc.)
* Version control (Git, Subversion etc.)
* Implementation and understanding of design patterns in Apex and the benefits
* Experience in mid-large SF architecture (multi-org deployments, large data, scalable code etc.)
* Mobile development experience would be a plus
