A leading London based Investment Management organisation is currently searching for a Salesforce CRM Production Support Analyst to join their CRM team.

The CRM Support team interacts closely with different business units within the company providing Support, User Engagement, Continual Service Improvement, and Training.

The role will be divided between two principal responsibilities. To provide Support in the Prodcution environment. The team is required to deliver all aspects of CRM support and knowledge for the Salesforce users to the Retail area. The role will focus on a variety of different projects from Datacentric projects (cleansing, audits and improving general data quality) to promoting the use of Salesforce to the Retail business (workshops, user engagement etc).

Essential skills

-Production Support experience.
-Salesforce Administration experience
-Salesforce certifications - ADM 201 etc
-Strong Excel knowledge
-Strong stakeholder management skills

Desirable:

-Financial Services experience (preferably Asset Management)
-Business Analysis skills eg process mapping
