Salesforce CRM Process Developer

My client is looking for an experienced CRM Process Developer who has deep operational knowledge in Sales and Marketing way of working

You will have good understanding and working knowledge of Account Management Process and principles. A deep knowledge on developing Account Management process for any CPG customer is preferred

Experience and good understanding of SFDC Technology is must as is the ability to understand complex business needs and requirements and translate these to process principles, process documentation and concept documentation

They also require someone who has:

- Ability to think strategic (see the big picture) and model tactically (operational reality)
- LEAN expertise in modelling value adds processes. Process development skills, PowerPoint, Visio, QPR
- Graphical use case development skills
- Requirements descriptions, ideally Accept IT experience
- Concept documentation skills
- Ability to understand information models, tool architecture models, detailed swim lane based process models
- To create business requirements and use cases based concept document for the sales process areas in general and below ones in particular
- Account Management Process
- Opportunity Management
- Joint Business Planning process
- Sell Planning and Execution process
- Tactical Sales Planning Process
- Master data Management principles and practices
- Channel Process and strategy
- Marketing Development Fund Process
- Good Communication skill is a must.
