OVERVIEW
The CRM team is responsible for the CRM strategy as well as design and management of SalesForce solution for our global distribution channels. The Salesforce CRM Analyst will work with Sales
Management and Users to drive business process and solution design in line with the channel's strategy and business model, as well as the integration with core functions (marketing, client servicing, operations, etc.).
Additionally, the Salesforce CRM Analyst will be responsible for analysing and reporting on adoption metrics, sales effectives and business intelligence.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyze business practices across the EMEA/LatAm channel to identify and recommend and drive common/standard business processes
Assess and determine optimal solution to align business processes to Salesforce functionality
Partner with resources across various functions (eg, Sales, Marketing, Client Servicing, etc.)
Ensure process and solutions are aligned with CRM strategy
Document requirements for CRM Team
Perform UAT
Ability to train users and provide ad/hoc support
REQUIREMENTS:
Salesforce admin certified is essential, Asset Management industry experience strongly preferred
Demonstrated and proven experience within CRM/Salesforce function
Thorough understanding of Salesforce functionality and capabilities
Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking
Attention to detail, commitment to quality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Curiosity, drive and creativity
