This candidate should have been exposed to Salesforce.com as a business analyst or functional developer (Admin)

Salesforce Admin (201), Sales or Service Cloud Certification preferred

Will have led requirements session with business, document those in business terms in the client's tools, articulate those to the development team, analyze options and the solution proposed by the development team vs the requirement.

Experience writing test scripts that will be used in SIT and UAT

Title: SALESFORCE DEVELOPER

Certified Salesforce Developer (401) Preferred

4+ years of Salesforce experience

Experience in Administration, Design, Development, Configuration, Implementation, Testing and support experience with salesforce.com platform and complete understanding of SDLC life cycle.

Developed various Custom Objects, Tabs, Components and Visualforce Pages and Controllers

Involved in analysis of business logic using Apex Triggers, SOQL.

Experience in Force.com IDE and Eclipse IDE with Force.com Plug-ins.

Title: SALESFORCE ADMIN

Salesforce Admin (201) Certification preferred

4+ years of SFDC design, configuration and deployment experience working with large scale Sales Cloud deployments.

Experience to include enhancements, user stories, test scripts, test execution
