Salesforce Consultant - CRM/Salesforce.com

SALESFORCE CONSULTANT is urgently required for a series of projects in Australia. You will be expected to manage the implementation onsite and liaise with our off-shore development team.

This 3 + month contract offer up to $800 a day and will be based in Sydney.

Role Responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintaining the functional areas of data management, forecasting, deal registration, contacts, leads, campaigns, opportunities, quotes, dashboards and reports etc.
- Implement new enhancements including creation of custom objects, workflows, email alerts and templates, and campaigns.
- Capture requirements for the development of visualforce, Force.com pages and integration to other third party solutions.
- Maintain multiple user roles, security, profiles, workflow rules, etc. Support and train new end users on the salesforce.com application.
- Implementing and managing various complex sales, marketing, legal and services business processes within multiple organisations.
- Identify SFDC usage problems and craft technical/communication plans to IT/business teams.

Skills & Experience:

- 2+ years Salesforce.com experience
- Full end to end Salesforce implementation experience
- Design, support and configuration background
- Ability to work in a team and also lead teams
- Analytical, logical and well organised
- Experience with other CRM software (Siebel, Clarify, Oracle etc.) a plus.
- ADM201 certified
- Experience in Agile development methodology/Scrum is preferred
