This Salesforce (SFDC) Consultant must have the following experience
Knowledgeable on SFDC coding apex+ configuration for development transactions between SFDC & ServiceMax
Basic process understanding/Knowledgeable of Service/Field Service processes/functions in equipment or industrial setting
Writing functional & technical specs, understand SDLC
QA Testing capabilities, regarding new and existing triggers
Support existing trouble tickets/issues with current ServiceMax instance
