We currently require an Italian speaking Change Manager, needed to assist with a Salesforce implementation, for a very large international client in Italy.
The overview of the project is:
* The project is expected to last 8 months, but initially it will be a 6 month contract
* This role is a part time role (3-4 days per week)
* We are ideally looking for Change Managers who have worked on a Salesforce implementation before, if not then we are looking for people that have worked on other types of IT implementation
* The client is removing an old CRM and is replacing it with Salesforce
* The implementation will impact 10,000 users
The responsibilities of the role are:
* Change Management and Communications:
o Building a Change toolkit
o Driving business readiness
o Change impact assessment
o Development of communications
