The Cloud Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Business/Systems Analyst will be joining a team of IT professionals who will be focused on delivering cloud based CRM solutions for various business groups. We are looking for someone with a strong experience in CRM technologies, specifically Salesforce.com and related cloud products. As the subject matter expert, the individual will own front-line engagement with various business groups to understand their AS-IS business process landscape, customer relationship management (CRM) requirements and recommend solutions by mapping it back to Salesforce.com (SFDC) capabilities. This is a hands-on job that requires thorough knowledge on industry best practices to implement SFDC solutions. Successful candidate will have the experience to configure SFDC per business needs, see through Product Life Cycle (PLC) phases - start from inception through production support by working closely with senior managers, business representatives, developers and administrators. The role also demands experience in drafting the test strategy, test plans, hands-on execution of test scripts and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) facilitation in an agile fashion. Should have deep experience in Data Migration and Integration (SSO and web services)

Responsibilities
. Collect, draft AS-IS business process and tools landscape and map it to cloud based SFDC CRM solutions
. Work with business to extrapolate and refine requirements and provide leadership in the decision making process by applying agile/lean techniques
. Play the role of a product owner - create and groom product backlog
. Define and write use cases/user stories/test cases to capture the requirements and eventually test it and sign off
. Configure SFDC per business requirements and use cases
. Work with wider IT/technical team members to shape up the SFDC solution to co-exist/integrate with on-premise enterprise solutions

Skills/Experience requirements
. 6 to 10 years of relevant consulting/systems/business analysis experience
. Experience in creating and developing strategic test plans, cases and reports
. Experience defining business solutions leveraging SFDC
. In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC CRM application
. Practical experience in full SDLC - From solution definition, solution architecture definition to design, development and testing of the SFDC application
. Creation of data migration plan, data migration scripts for Data Migration from Other CRM to Salesforce.com
. Experience in enterprise application/services/data integration (SSO, master data, web services)
. Experience with third-party tools (eg SFDC Excel Connector, SFDC Data Loader, etc)
. Experience with the SFDC toolkit (eg Visual force, Apex, S-controls, Triggers, Chatter, Apex Data Loader, Apex Explorer, etc.)
. Applied knowledge of CRM and the Sales, Service and Marketing functions, preferably within the semi-conductor industries
. Experience in Agile/SCRUM (Certified SCRUM Product Owner) highly desired

Education
. Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science/IT/Business Management
