Salesforce.com CRM BPM Analyst. We are looking for a Business Process Analyst for a contract based in Amsterdam which although initially 3 months, is likely to run for as long as 2 years.

You must have worked within a Salesforce IT project environment, as a BPM Analyst.

We are not looking for an A-Typical BPM in terms of formalisations ie ITIL, UML or BPNL, and not looking for any cost justifications of as is' to to be' models. We are looking for a solid Business Process Analyst who has analysed processes of the sales business and propose and implement through a Salesforce development team.

The salesforce project is leading the sales of a global advertising E-commerce system. The platform although having independent geographic implementations is now moving to a centralised technical platform and hence the BPM Analyst will work on local process changes as well as integration into the proposed global system.

Applicants MUST have proven BPM Skills within a Salesforce project development environment.

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to clearly structure and document processes and communicate across cultures including internal personnel (Developers, PMs, Stakeholders etc) and external internal geographic cultures.

Experience of Documentation tools is required - a bonus would be experience of Atlassian.

Applicants must be able to work from Amsterdam and commute at their own costs. No expenses are paid for travel. The contract is 5 days a week based in the Amsterdam office with some occasional European travel and hence applicants MUST be EU Nationals or be in the Netherlands with existing working rights. No remote working.
