Salesforce Business/Functional Analyst

Our client is currently looking for an experienced Business/Functional analyst to work on projects related to Salesforce' CRM.

This is a long term mission to start ASAP.

The requested skills are:

- Business analysis
- Functional analysis
- CRM expertise & experience
- Experience with Salesfocre (doesn't have to have developed in the past, but must know how it works)
- Selligent is nice to have
- Agile/Scrum is a plus
- English - fluent

The scope of work is as follows:

In the context of salesforce releases and projects, deliver business analysis (support requirement gathering and CRS documentation) and functional analysis (produce functional specifications, FRS). In the scrum releases, documents detailed stories and follow-up on delivery (functional validation of deliverable, communication and demo to users, support UAT).
