Salesforce Business Analyst
- Geneva based position within a consultancy working with a global NGO
- Long term contract/Immediate start
- Competitive daily rate
As a global Salesforce partner, my client works on large scale international projects with leading organisations across a range of sectors. An opportunity has become avaliable for a experienced Salessforce Business Analyst to join the organisation and work on a large scale project based in Geneva.
Key to your success in this position will be your completion of the following tasks;
- Interacting with clients and all stakeholders
- Participating in periodical business meetings
- Consulting with customers to ensure optimal levels of customer satisfaction, and making process change recommendations to customer
- Preparation of business requirements, functional and software specifications
- Guiding design and development team members in system design and testing
The successful candidate will have the following experience;
- 4 + years of experience in IT
- 2+ years Salesforce experience
- Salesforce.com Certifications (specifically Administrator and Developer)
- Knowledge and experience with programming languages (including, but not limited to, Apex, Visualforce, Java, HTML, CSS)
- Fluent in English
- Prior experience working in NGO/Charity organisation is preferred, but not essential
