Salesforce Business Analyst

A leading organisation in Sydney's CBD are embarking on a large Salesforce Implementation project and are in need of a Business Analyst to work on the outset of the project.

Working closely between the Business and IT, you will elicit and analyse requirements, ensuring business impacts are considered and that IT solutions sufficiently meet the requirements and take the solution right through Testing.

THE GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:

- Performing the Business Analyst role on the Salesforce project
- Manage all aspects of the project through the life cycle using your BA skills
- Full requirement gathering, analysis, process improvement, solutions and testing
- Production of robust and detailed documentation to support the progress of Development
- Ensure all stakeholders are on board with the project and provide constant status updates
- Assist with the full UAT process

REQUIREMENTS OF THE CANDIDATE:

- Strong working experience as a BA
- Experience working on large complex technology projects
- Excellent working capability with MS Office including Visio
- Top notch communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of Project Methodologies and experience with SDLC
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience with Salesforce is Essential
- Experience with the Agile methodology
