-Salesforce identity and access management
-Salesforce development lifecycle and deployment
-Apex, Lightning and Visualforce development
-Assess customer requirements and architecture in order to design secure, technical solutions that maximise potential for the Salesforce platform
-AMPScript
-Service Cloud
-Integration Cloud
-Marketing Cloud
-Einstein Analytics
-Industry Knowledge Insurance
-English skills
