Our Client, a leading IT Consultancies, is looking to recruit a Salesforce Architect join their business in Amsterdam.

CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO DEMONSTRATE THAT THEY MEET THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA:

- Responsible for handling the large enterprise Salesforce Programs / Projects as a Technical and Solution Architect.
- Need to be able to assess the High Level Requirements of the given Project and come up with the Technical and Solution Design using Salesforce platform.
- To be able to work closely with the Business Customers, participate in Refinement sessions, understand the requirements, Define User Stories and Provide the Functional and Technical Solution using the Salesforce Platform.
- Be an expert in documenting current state business processes and wire framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes with a good understanding on the current and desired end state solution.
- Be able to participate in the RFP Process and for the given request, should be able to come up with the solution approach, Estimation timeline and cost, Risk assessments, Identifying the Process Models, Training and Transition Plans and package them into a comprehensive response for the RFPs.
- Should be able to Lead, Guide and Coach the Team on the Salesforce Platform.

Skill Requirement:

- Overall 10+ Years of Technical experience in Object Oriented Programming with hands on experience in APEX development.
- To have a 3+ Years of experience in leading the Enterprise Level Salesforce Projects as a Technical and Solution Architect.
- To be an expert in the Salesforce Product suite that includes Sales, Service, Community and Marketing cloud.
- To have a Good expertise in integration of different Business Systems like Cloudsense CPQ / ETL / Reporting etc., on the Salesforce Platform.
- Good Understanding of programming logic and constructs, specifically in Salesforce, Force.com, Apex Code, Visualforce, SOQL, triggers and their use in software development
- To have an extensive expertise in Salesforce configuration including workflows, validation rules, security controls etc.,
- To be an expert in the Telecom Domain with a clear understanding on the OSS/BSS Components and hands on experience in End to End Telecom Sales, Ordering, Billing and Service flows.
- Good Experience in defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designs
- Good expertise in the database design and system architecture
- Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) techniques and tools
- Expert level understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies
- To have Good understanding on the ITIL Support Service Model.
- To have an extensive knowledge on the Agile and Waterfall models and DevOps Techniques.
- To have an excellent oral and written communication to present, facilitate meetings, technical and functional negotiations, decision making, and problem solving skills
- Salesforce Admin or Developer Certification (Desired but not Mandatory)
- Project management skills and experience in managing teams
