Salesforce Architect

We are currently looking for a senior SalesForce.com Solution Architect to join a exciting large scale project in a highly visible role as a lead Solution Architect. Architecting and delivering complex integration patterns, across the suite of Salesforce.com applications, Ideally acting as principal architect lead. We are looking for a significant track record in key Salesforce.com capabilities, including the following: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Platform Cloud, Chatter/Communities. Systems architecture, integration and data and content migration; Implementing architectural governance and proactively managing issues and risks throughout the delivery life cycle

MAIN ACTIVITIES

- Define Software Architecture guidelines and Design Patterns for the Salesforce domain
- Guard the Salesforce Logical data model
- Perform IS Technology Watch for the Salesforce ecosystem (eg product roadmap)
- Assess architecture impact on the Salesforce-based solutions of IS Projects or major Service changes
- Translate Functional Architecture in Solution Architecture as part - Liaise with the Lead Technical Designer and coach the designers to ensure the architecture integrity of Salesforce solutions.
- At least 5 years experience in the full life cycle of IT projects, with special focus on data modelling, design patterns and configuration management.
- You have a broad knowledge and experience in translating business functional and non-functional requirements into software architectures and designs for building and integrating Salesforce-based solutions
- You have excellent functional & technical knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including:

> Salesforce Sales Cloud
> Pardot
> Salesforce App Cloud with Lightning Experience
> AppExchange
> Force.com (APEX)
- Proven CRM implementation background, Service Management/Sales Force Automation preferred

Ability to deconstruct complex business processes to produce simple, efficient, and effective results
Knowledge of data migration in a package implementation - You are able to understand the long-term ("big picture")and short-term perspectives of situations and to propose the appropriate solution.
- You have planning and workload estimation skills
- You have UML modelling skills, preferably with the Enterprise Architect modelling application
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a variety of business and IS stakeholders
