- Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall solution delivery methods
- Proven experience working with both business and technology teams to design and deliver best-in-class solutions
- Must have significant hands-on experience in Salesforce related technologies including Force.com, APEX, VisualForce, Workflows, Integration/EAI technologies.
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce API's and hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP and/or RESTful
- Expertise in Datamodelling, data migration, and both API and User Interface development principles
- Knowledge of Source Control and Deployment methods in Salesforce
