Salesforce Analyst/Designer

Salesforce business analyst with vast experience of requirement gathering and coordinating with stakeholders, required to join a media company based in West London. The role is an initial 3 month contract offering a day rate of up to £500.

KEY SKILLS & BACKGROUND

- Extensive Salesforce.com knowledge and configuration experience
- Ability to facilitate workshops and conference calls with confidence.
- Salesforce certifications (ADM201 and DEV401) are highly desirable.
- Experience with one or more of Eloqua, Lithium and Radian6.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- As a Salesforce Analyst/Designer you'll be responsible for gathering business requirements from multiple stakeholders, for designing the best solution to achieve the business needs.
- The role will expect you to collaboratively design, develop and deliver a quality solution to meet these requirements and achieve the relevant business objectives.
- Guide the solution architecture of our combination of Salesforce, Eloqua, Lithium, Radian6 and Informatica Cloud technologies.
