Salesforce Adminstrator

Skills Required
o Master or Bachelor in IT
o 3-5 + years Salesforce.com administration experience & proven knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Force.com platforms.
o Strong understanding of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
o Experience designing and developing in a collaborative and agile environment.
o You have experience with Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
o You have experience with Salesforce Lightening. Can read and understand Apex and Visualforce.
o Experience in Salesforce integration with other on premise systems
o Experience in business-functional analysis, modelling and design methods
o Able to deploy initiative and has a problem-solving attitude
o Excellent communication and facilitation skills
o Knowledge of TFS/GIT
o You have Salesforce certifications like Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator .
o You are customer-oriented, solution-minded and you have a learning mentality.
o You are a good communicator and can work efficiently and independently.
o You are flexible and apt to work in a continuously challenging and changing environment
o You have deep product knowledge of the Vlocity vertical applications.

Responsibilities
o Partner with Functional Analysts to design and configure solutions that are scalable and meet the requirements of our internal stakeholders.
o Design, Administer the Salesforce environment, including customizing and implementing profiles, roles, security settings, sharing rules, applications, custom objects, custom fields, page layouts, workflow, validation rules, dashboards, reports, etc.
o Adhere current development approach (ALM)
o Provide necessary information to coordinator about ongoing work 

Nice to have competencies
o Experience with SalesForce Marketing cloud is a plus
o Experience with Dell Boomi is a plus
o Experience with SAP CRM is a plus
o Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
