THE ROLE:
To maintain Salesforce BAU support to all users in a standalone role
To implement improvements to the reporting/BAU aspect of Salesforce
To improve the engagement and education of the main Salesforce stakeholders
To analyse the current usage of Salesforce across the business against the capabilities of the system.
To identify business opportunities for the use of Salesforce
To report back to the business a detailed overview of your analysis, usage (detailed into % of time spent on areas of support), progress made and recommendations for future use and administration resource required taking into account business continuity and SPOF (single points of failure).
