Sales Transition Manager

We are looking for an experienced Transition Manager to undertake a very specific piece of work on behalf of a Market Leading Financial Services client of ours.

Starting ASAP, this position will report into the Head of Customer Service to manage the transition from a Business/Sales Support, focused primarily on Administration, to an Internal Sales Team that is focused on Service, Business Relationship and Business Generation.

The requirement of the role will be to:-

- Fully Document the requirements from Sales, in relation to the support function, they require in a Sales focused environment - based on a "Mini Me" view
- Review the teams current activity in line with the requirements from Sales and identify what changes need to take place to create a New Team
- Identify which of the current tasks should stay within the New Internal Sales Generation Team, and those that should sit in other departments
- Provide a report and recommendations for changes, including Role Profiles for the New Manager of this team
- Help obtain "Buy-in" from Senior Management within Operations and Sales throughout the process
- To manage any consultation and meetings with staff alongside HR
- Manage the Transition once action agreed
- Manage BAU and Team Morale alongside these activities.
