SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE
DUBLIN
My client, a leading Network company are urgently seeking a Sales Support Representative for an initial 6 month contract duration.
Reporting to the Commercial Sales Support Manager the Jr Commercial Sales Support Rep is responsible for supporting the channel and the Distributor requests in EMEA with queries, access to the partner portal, new special pricing requests to support the Juniper Commercial model for partner led deals.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creating New Accounts
- Creating run rate Opportunities
- Creating run rate and sales Quote
- Managing Existing Quotes
- Reviewing Orders and follow up on shipments
- Cover ad hoc transactions in the sales tool for account managers on holidays or travelling
- Liaise with the partner and the PAMs in EMEA for partner led opportunities
- Look after ORS pipeline cleansing
- Liaise with Order Management, Deal Desk and CRM team for timely resolution of sales urgent quotes/orders
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communication skills and an eye for accuracy and detail
- Be able to work under pressure, prioritizing the workload
- Must have the capability to manage high number of transactions in a CRM tool within defined time frames
- Must have the ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated but still being part of a team
- Hands on exposure/knowledge of Siebel and SFDC would be beneficial but not necessary as training will be given
- Strong Excel skills
