Sales Support Officer

Our client, a leading Investment Bank are looking for Sales Support Officers for a three month contract based in Marylebone.

Working in the Front Office alongside the sales teams, you will working across the Fixed Income and Foreign Exchange areas. You will be responsible for a high level of service to all clients by acting as a point of contact for sales.

Key Deliverable:

- Deal Processing
- Ensure that all Cash bond trades are booked correctly in a timely manner
- Ensure all booking queries are addressed
- Ensure all trades are confirmed
- Actively chase clients for their trade allocations
- Ensure manual fax confirmation requirements are relayed immediately to the relevant teams
- Ensure all new accounts are set up immediately
- Liase with clients addressing outstanding queries
- Enhance and despatch the daily failed trade reports
- Keep the system up to data

Required Skills:

- Strong Communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and work in an organised manner
- Investment Banking knowledge (Ideally Fixed Income or Foreign exchange)
- Sales support
- Attention to detail
