SALES SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

REPORTS TO: SALES SUPPORT MANAGER

LOCATION: HARROGATE

Our client is a leading UK service provider that delivers advanced technology to improve business productivity, operations and efficiency. They are currently looking to employ a motivated and enthusiastic SUPPORT SALES EXECUTIVE to join their prospering team.

THE ROLE

The Sales Support Executives play a vital role acting as a key point of contact for the external Sales Team, in order to assist in maintaining all Customer accounts on a day to day basis. The Sales Support team provide administrative support to the Customer Management Team as a whole, the New Business Sales Manager and Divisional Director - Strategic Sales.

Working within a great team environment from the offices in Harrogate, duties in this role will include, but are not restricted to the following:
- Manage Customer queries and issues and escalate queries to necessary departments
- Update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool with all necessary information
- Provide general support and assistance as and when required
- Manage de-commissioning projects from start to end
- Collate and produce reports from CRM for the New Business Sales Manager & Divisional Director
- Provide administrative support assist in the day to day management of Customer accounts
- Assist in the preparation of proposals
- Ensure Contracts are accurate and raised in a timely manner
- Manage the Commercial Issues email account and forward/allocate queries/issues to relevant departments

-Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
-Effective use of the telephone and Microsoft Office packages

-Good sense of humour
