Sales Support Assistant/Lead Generator Job

Yoh has a contract opportunity for a SALES SUPPORT ASSISTANT/LEAD GENERATOR to join our client in Santa Monica, CA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Will update and confirmation information on leads in database
- Prospect and qualify sales leads and re-qualify existing accounts
- Data entry and database management duties
- Will make outbound client phone calls/sales to increase company presence
- Maintain high outbound call volume
- Will escalate any problems to the appropriate departments
- Other duties as assigned
- Be a problem solver and suggest areas of opportunity for improvement.
- Candidate will have a strong customer service focus, demonstrated high level of courtesy, and friendliness on phone, email or by chat
- Handle multiple tasks at one time, while remaining detail oriented
- Other responsibilities as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Database management and Internet prospecting and phone sales skills
- Excellent time management skills
- The ability to communicate with all levels
- Salesforce.com experience required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Two years of outside/telesales experience
- Good customer service skills and high level of enthusiasm is a must.
- Familiarity with Web-based technology is preferred.
