SALES SUPPORT ANALYST needed for a LONG TERM CONTRACT opportunity with SAP America located in Newtown Square, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE:

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Supports the global SAP Presales organization in first-responder content and coordination of product, technical, and security requirements in customer RFx documents.
- Aligns with Presales in updating and maintaining LOB content in a centralized database for continuous quality and improvement best practices.
- Works on multiple and simultaneous requirements documents in a high-volume, deadline driven environment to support Presales on revenue-generating client opportunities.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

- Utilizes a centralized, consolidated database of SAP LOB product, technical and security content to search, match and apply first-responder answers to customer requirements documents in collaboration with Presales organization.
- Coordinates first-responder draft answers with Presales for mandatory second-pass quality review and feedback.
- Incorporates quality feedback and updates from Presales into the consolidated database refresh process on a continuous basis.
- Drives quality customer focus against high work volumes and stringent deadlines.
- Interacts with Presales and Sales management in a professional and quality focused supporting role with clear written and verbal communications.
- Adheres to specific, documented team processes and scope of work.
- Follows SAP policies and team management instruction.

DAY-TO-DAY OPERATIONS:

- Inbound and outbound communication (email, phone calls, and documents) with team manager, team lead, and Presales representatives regarding first-responder assignments and timelines.
- Usage of centralized, consolidated database to research and provide 1st draft answers to technical, security, and functional product requirements in customer documents ranging between 0 - 1000+ questions.
- Tracking workload and assignments against customer deadlines and deliverable expectations set with Team Lead/Manager and Presales for each individually assigned project.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High school graduation certificate and comparable experience.
- University degree (Bachelors) or relevant tertiary certification in IT, engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of one (1) year working experience in a fast-paced tech/software position or customer service environment, or equivalent.
- Experience within operations/sales support related field is an advantage.
- Technical understanding of hosted cloud products and environments is an advantage.
- Understanding of end-user navigation of Microsoft Office and database products/applications.
- IT/security certifications or formal training is an advantage.
