Sales Support Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Serves as the liaison between Sales, distributors, and other functions. We manage a variety of activities, including: background research on distributor and customer accounts, working with credit management to resolve billing, pricing, invoicing and payment issues, and creating and maintaining order status reports to monitor sales forecasts. Working in Sales Support offers the unique opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the sales role.

PROJECT WORK:

- Assist in Document status of existing contracts at a distributor/Product/region/Industry level
- Assist in Building through authorization grid at a distribution market/Industry/region/product level
- Assist in preparing financial reports and data entry as required.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:

- Support account activities
- Pricing, bidding, information support
- Distributor Support
- Internal/External liaison for account managers and Distributors
- CUPS support/database maintenance

DISTRIBUTION BUSINESS AND PROCESS SUPPORT:

- Sampling (follow up and guidance)
- Support Account transitions/turnovers
- Distribution and coordination of marketing materials
- Quick Lead distribution and follow-up 

DISTRIBUTION PRICING ACTIVITIES:

- Credit request validation/review
- Support pricing tools
- Communication of information in the Authorization grid

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS:

- Excel
- MS Office Proficient
- Lotus Notes
- SAP experience a plus
