Projektbeschreibung
You will be responsible for managing relationships with IT Sales, Account Managers, vendor partners and customers, ensuring business needs are being met by liaising with Technical support staff and preparing vendor quotes. You will ensure that complete customer satisfaction is delivered in the process.
To be considered for this role you will have previous experience in a Back Office coordination role with excellent customer service abilities. You will have worked within an IT or Telco environment for at least 3 years with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
This role will suit a positive and proactive team player who takes ownership for all tasks given. You will have excellent international and communication skills and will enjoy working with a broad range of customers.
Strong attention to detail is essential and you will have the ability to quickly adapt to a new environment and hit the ground running.
This is a 12 month maternity leave contract. You will need your own transport to travel to work with free on-site parking available.
