Sales Support Administrator

12 Months FTC

Capita IT Services are looking for a strong, dynamic Sales Support Administrator to work within Sales Team. Providing administrative support to Salesperson dealing with quotation, revision and correction. Some of your responsibilities will include obtaining pricing on behalf of Salesperson (non technical/non-commercial). Registering opportunities with appropriate Vendors on behalf of the Salesperson. Creating Customer Quotes/Contracts and presenting these to the Salesperson or customer. Reviewing client documentation prior to issue and confirming compliance with appropriate Capita policies and standards. Booking Sales Orders onto ordering system on receipt of signed contracts/ PO. Follow business process for order review and booking before passing to Procurement. Validation; final independent review and update of all costs, sale price and margin associated with each won opportunity, including closing the opportunity on CRM and marking the opportunity as "Won".
Providing administrative support to Salesperson in dealing with order revision and correction. Working with Salesperson, Sales Order Processing and Finance to process all approved Debooks and update sales systems as required. Weekly review of all opportunities and activities, confirming that proper updates have been input by the Salesperson and identifying those live opportunities for which updates are outstanding and general Administration duties.

*Develop strong relationship with sales force, key people within TS and external vendors.
*Meeting targets and objectives
*Reporting sales achievements on a weekly basis
*Ensure on-going product awareness through regular contact with vendors and attending vendor training as required.
*Maintain a professional standard at all times
*Fully support company initiatives.
*To be punctual, maintain dress standards, be polite and courteous to customers, vendors and colleagues at all times.
Essential Experience/Skills:General administration and Computer skills along with the use of Microsoft office products.

Desired Experience/Skills:Experience working in a Sales Administration environment would be advantageous
