Our customer is the online services division of a multinational software company that sells web-based remote access, support and collaboration software and services. The company is currently looking to fill the position of Sales Specialist - web conferencing tools (m/f).

Location:Munich

Type of contract:permanent, unlimited

Your key tasks:
- Support the Corporate Field Sales, Mid-Market and SMB sales teams in developing sales opportunities for the Integrated Toll-Free, Toll, and VoIP solutions.
- Prospecting for opportunities in the client base, collaborating with the sales teams in sales cycles, developing market penetration strategies and driving increased revenue for the Audio products.
- Work closely with Sales Leaders, Sales Enablement and Product Marketing teams and assist in developing sales programs to target the responsible buyers within prospects and customers and competitive positioning.
- The Sales Specialist will allocate their time appropriately for following up on sales and customer requests in their assignment for supporting our customers Online Audio Services, working with sales reps to develop newbusiness by prospecting lists of targeted or existing customer accounts.
- Continues to pursue and increase knowledge of key competitors and understanding of how our customers Online products compare with competitors; uses the messaging and best practices that ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customers
- Manages and maintains accurate pipeline overall for Audio Services and provides forecasts to the Sr. Management.
- Applies understanding of the needs of target customer segments and works with all sales teams to complete the sales cycle from initial call to close
- Obtains new business, add on business from existing accounts, and referrals and references by applying understanding of the unique requirements of the executive buyers of Audio Services.
- Enhances the sales opportunities in specific vertical industries by applying understanding of their unique requirements (finance, government, software, healthcare, etc).
- Provides Sales Management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested in a timely fashion.
- Participates in regional team meetings for education and product strategies.

Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience required.
- several years of sales or equivalent experience in a rapidly changing dynamic environment required.
- Proven record of success with technology sales required to both SMB and Enterprise Prospects.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of business both internally and externally essential.
- Experience in working with Audio Services and/or selling Audio Services essential.
- Proven ability to analyse audio bills and demonstrate cost savings to prospects.
- Experience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.com.
- Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Internet.
- Fluent in German and English
