Sales Specialist

Our client, a distributor and manufacturer of consumer lighting products, is seeking a Sales Specialist to be the primary contact for all customer communications and sales growth. This individual will communicate with customers regarding product availability, delivery updates, and return material authorizations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Follow through on all orders
- Make outbound phone calls to customers and prospects to generate sales
- Research avenues in order to acquire new business
- Provide sales back-up for the team or other sales specialist

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Associates Degree in Business, Marketing or Communications
- A minimum of two years experience in Customer Service, Sales or Telemarketing
- Proficient in MS Office and have accurate typing skills
