Sales Representative Optometry and OTC Products

Optometry and OTC Sales Representative sought by our globally recognised client. This is a maternity cover position.

We have an urgent need for an experienced sales representative to cover a territory baed in and around Birmingham.

As Optometry and OTC Sales Representative you will both launch new and drive existing sales of products across allocated accounts. Your customers will be opticians as well as pharmacists and you will be actively involved in setting up and providing training into your account network.

To be successful as an Optometry and OTC Sales Representative you will ideally already have knowledge of the Optometry or OTC marketplace. You will be able to demonstrate a great track record of selling complex products in a professional environment.

You will be a great planner; have undergone previous sales training in an FMCG or related environment.

You will be goal driven and have the maturity to flex styles to meet different customer needs. As Optometry and OTC Sales Representative you will also be expected to produce creative and appropriate sales solutions to drive business in the territory and establish new relationships and maintain customer contacts

Our client expects the Optometry and OTC Sales Representative to be a confident presenter, have strong listening skills and a desire, willingness and track record of closing deals.
