Temporary 2 month contract, based in the City, you'll be assisting with the end to end co-ordination of the interview process, administration and new starter support.
This role will work closely with the Recruitment Manager and will include but not be limited to:
Interview co-ordination and scheduling
Relationship management with recruitment agencies and direct/employee referral candidates
Reporting and tracking of candidates within the interview process. Producing regular MI for the Sales Management
Candidate contract generation and on-boarding
Working to assist with the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System and the ongoing support of this system.
There is a definite opportunity to be involved in project work occurring within the team. The role will suit an energetic and detail-conscious individual with high personal standards who wishes to build on previous experience to create the spring board in to future HR roles.
Requirements:
Previous experience operating within an end to end Recruitment Administration role
Excellent relationship management skills and convincing personal style
Proven administration experience with the ability to handle multiple tasks/priorities with the maturity to remain calm under pressure
Highly proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel with previous reporting experience
Ability to work both within a team environment and independently
Strong attention to detail
Previous diary management experience.
