POSITION DESCRIPTION:
SunGard Financial Systems provides mission-critical software and IT services to institutions in virtually every segment of the financial services industry. The primary purpose of these systems is to automate the many detailed processes associated with trading, managing investment portfolios and accounting for investment assets. These solutions address the processing requirements of a broad range of users within financial services, including asset managers, traders, custodians, compliance officers, treasurers, insurers, risk managers, hedge fund managers, plan administrators and clearing agents. In addition, we also provide professional services that focus on application implementation and integration of these solutions and on custom software development.

At SunGard we are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter to support a period of increased hiring within our EMEA sales organisations. The successful candidate will provide full-life cycle recruiting support for those requisitions to which he/she is assigned (eg Sales Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager). The key remit of the Sales Recruiter is to fill these requisitions in a timely manner, building a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates for future roles and reducing recruitment costs via an emphasis on direct sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities:
. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple sales open roles simultaneously
. Ensure that internal recruiting methodologies, process and workflows are followed
. Promote the company image/brand to candidates and assess those applicants

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Skills and Experience:
. Background which includes significant experience with recruiting sales professionals in the software industry
. Proven success in recruitment with agency or in-house experience (or combination of both)
. Substantial experience in competency based interviewing
. Demonstrated experience and knowledge in recruiting across a range of EMEA countries. In particular, experience with roles in UK, Benelux and United Arab Emirates will be advantageous
. Demonstrated ability to handle multi-geography recruitment
. Experience in direct sourcing and demonstrating creativity in sourcing quality candidates
. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and ability to meet urgent deadlines
. Experienced ATS user (eg Peoplefluent, Taleo)

Additonal Requirements:
. Service oriented attitude (flexible, personable, and approachable)
. Excellent written and oral communication skills with proven ability to interact with all levels of executive and senior management
. Exceptional stakeholder management skills including managing competing expectations, building relationships and engendering trust
. Ability to communicate effectively with remote hiring managers, third-party providers and candidates at all levels.
. Superior organisational, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
. Ability to take initiative and work independently
. Persistence and the love of finding great people
. Fluent written and spoken English (fluency in other European languages a plus)
. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
