New Sales Order Specialist position!

This position will be responsible for tracking product orders and identifying points where orders are experiencing delays. They will then be working to improve the process! Individuals in this position should be process oriented and customer service driven.

- Tracks orders of Corporate Investigative products to determine main causes of order delays and potential process improvements in the order process.
- Creates and maintains reporting on cases of order delays and root causes.
- Submits reporting and recommendations to management for evaluation.
- Builds relationships with Corporate Investigative sales consultants and internal order processing business partners. Will be main point of contact for field to communicate concerns and delays.

Requirements:

- THE HIRING MANAGER WOULD LIKE TO SEE INDIVIDUALS WITH SALESFORCE KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE, AS WELL AS EXPERIENCE WITH VISIO.
- PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN PROCESS IDENTIFICATION AND IMPROVEMENT IS KEY FOR THIS ROLE AS IS EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF MS OFFICE PRODUCTS (SPECIFICALLY OUTLOOK, EXCEL, AND POWERPOINT).
