Sales Order Processor

This British manufacturing company is looking for a Sales Order Processor to replace a permanent member of the team.

The team is approaching its busiest period - the last Quarter of the year and therefore this support is needed!

You will be working within a team of approximately 4 members, the team is broken down so that different members look after different accounts and have slightly different roles.

You will predominantly be supporting the Export team.

This role will involve loading and processing sales orders within Export (internationally).

This role is a 4 Month temp position, with a possibility of extension.

Core duties and responsibilities

- Sales Order Processing
- Dealing with Export
- Checking orders, making amendments and liaising with customers over telephone and email
- The team work to SLAs for the orders to be processed within approx. 5 days from receipt
- Processing approx. 10-20 orders per day.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Export Experience (including incoterms experience)
- Sales Order processing experience - this could have formed part of a role (approx. 20%+)
- You must be able to work well within the team and also be able to work within a fast-paced, busy environment
