Sales Operations Specialist - Technology Sales Ops/Salesforce/CRM - Up to £400 per day

A leading global mobile software vendor is looking for an ambitious Sales Operations Specialist to support their Sales Operations Manager as they continue to grow in EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for receipt and processing of all orders resulting in submission of a clean order to Order Management, management of the Salesforce deal registration portal, first point of contact with sales reps with regard to Salesforce related enquiries, taking the lead role on business process improvement projects, adhoc reporting requests (Excel) and new hire training.

Responsibilities include:

* Partner with sales, sales operations and operations teams to facilitate the order fulfilment processes necessary to process all orders.
* Escalate any delays to the order fulfilment process to the Sales Operations Team.
* Partner with sales and the channel team to facilitate the deal registration process.. Escalate any delays to the deal registration process to the Sales Operations Team.
* Generate (weekly/monthly) metric reports providing an overview of the order fulfilment and deal registration process and suggest process improvement where necessary.
* Be a local 'Superuser' for CRM (Salesforce), providing guidance and training on best practices and processes within the region.
* Leading business process improvement projects.
* Excel 'Superuser'.
* New hire training.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in Sales Operations gained within a fast-paced high-tech organisation.
* Strong analytical and leadership skills.
* Experience using CRM and ERP applications; Salesforce.com and Oracle a plus.
* Experience using Excel.
* Experience in a setting which requires strong personal integrity and teamwork skills.
* Superior decision making skills - ability to prioritise and work independently.
* Superior multi-tasking skills - ability to handle many high priority and complex tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines for project completion.
* Superior interpersonal skills - ability to lead a project team through challenges to ensure client satisfaction as well as lead peers on a day to day basis.
* Superior logical and complex analytical skills relating to business operation.
* Recent experience with compensation programs and target setting.
* Confident presenting in front of large audiences.
