Sales Operations Advisor

Our exclusive client, a Global Healthcare provider has a fantastic opportunity available for a Sales Operations Advisor to provide a comprehensive level of support and service to the General Medicines Field Force to facilitate the smooth day-to-day working of the Customer facing teams and continually improve effectiveness and productivity.

This will be offered on a 6 month initial contract and is based in Frimley, Surrey.

Major Accountabilities:
*To support administrative needs of the General Medicine Field Force eg New starters, Leavers etc
*Coordinate & facilitate as necessary the onboarding programme with the L&D team for all new sales force starters by working with all internal stake holders to ensure planned timelines are met.
*To support the Field Force and internal IT Management teams with being the main point of contact for all Field Force IT roll outs of new equipment and upgrade.
*To assist the Sales Operations Lead with the provision of Sales Management staffing reports on status of Field Force to internal and external stakeholders.
*Be main point of contact Sales Operational queries
*Support the Sales Operations Lead in the analysis and integration of new processes and technologies and its impacts on the Field Force.
*To handle telephone calls from both internal and external customers and follow through to conclusion.
*To handle and resolve variety of Field Force issues in a professional manner, ensuring confidentiality as appropriate
*To support the other departments with various tasks as required

Experience Required:
*PC Literate - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, E-Mail
*Typing 50 wpm
*Excellent vocabulary - written and spoken
