You need to have deep Siebel CRM functional experience across sales and marketing v8 and look at the way they are currently deploying Siebel in this area and how this can be improved. You will understand how Siebel integrates with other systems such as SAP and would be able to take a holistic approach across people, process and technology and look at what their future operating model should be.
You will need to develop a compelling benefits led offer as to how Siebel will benefit their customers businesses and then implement it. Travel to different European countries will be required for the pilot rollouts.
