SALES & MARKETING - INVESTMENT ADVISORY FIRM - ZURICH The CLIENT Our client is middle size International organization specialized in investment advisory, private equity, mergers & acquisitions and finance support. In order to ensure a quality support to the sales team in terms of tools, materials and client development, they are looking today for a Sales & Marketing officer. The ROLE You will directly report to the CEO and your main duties will be split in three main areas: marketing, business development support and general organization. * Daily ad hoc support the sales staff in administrative matters * Creation and formatting of marketing tools and presentations: PowerPoint presentations, documents and sales documents, customer and prospect presentations * Ensure the electronic deliver of the marketing tools, preparation and shipping of customer mailings and update of the Web pages of the company * Participation in the drafting of press releases and marketing correspondence * Monitor the stock and provision of documents for customer visits * Preparation and follow-up of customer appointments and sales meetings (reports, documentation, etc.) * Coordinate conferences (planning participation, registration, appointment management) and cooperate with external service providers * Ad hoc project, report or support requested by the Sales & Marketing team or the CEO Your PROFILE In order to be eligible for the role, you will have he following skills: * Min. five years experience in a financial services, preferably in the asset management/investment advisory or banking area * Degree in Business, Commercial sector, Sales or for a candidate who has a first experience and who is willing to improve and learn fast in a challenging atmosphere.
